1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to book our tour package. Full payment must be received no later
than 60 days
prior to the departure date. Failure to provide full payment may
result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60-120 days before departure: 20% of total trip cost is
non-refundable.

30-59 days before departure: 25% of total trip cost is
non-refundable.

10-29 days before departure: 40% of total trip cost is
non-refundable.

7-10 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is
non-refundable.

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost is
non-refundable.

If any tour cancelled due to natural calamity, pandemic disease, strike, political disturbance or unavoidable
circumstances, company will not be responsible for that.
3. Permits & Entry Restrictions
Access to certain locations is subject to permits and approval by local authorities. We are not responsible if
entry is denied due to regulations, weather, or unforeseen conditions. No refunds apply for missed destinations,
though alternatives may be arranged where possible.
4. Liability Waiver
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. All participants must sign
a comprehensive liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement
prior to departure. Romify Holidays is not liable for injuries,
loss of property, or delays caused by weather or other "Acts of
God."
